GOATA Tripod Foot


We want to find balance between these three green dots when we stand and walk throughout the day.

It may feel that there is slight shift to the outside of mid-foot. This is normal! But I don't want you to abandon the ball of the big toe!

Important to note:

 -This will become more natural over time.

 -Remember we are coupling the groundwork with these standing and walking changes. (get your reps!)

 -The feet will get stronger; the lower limb, spine and upper limb  will all to start to open up and move in a natural spiral.
