GOATA Movement (“GOATA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the integrity of our training system, course materials, brand assets, and digital products. This Intellectual Property Notice explains how GOATA-owned content, trademarks, and methodology may and may not be used.


Trademarks

The following names, logos, and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of GOATA Movement LLC:

  • GOATA®

  • GOATA Movement™

  • GOATA Foundations™ / Level 1 Foundations™

  • GOATA Level 2™

  • Recode™

  • Move Club™

  • Backchain™

  • Train Durable™

  • Additional program names, course titles, graphics, and taglines as published by GOATA

These marks may not be used without prior written permission from GOATA Movement.

All content on this website—including but not limited to:

  • Course videos

  • The Exercise Library

  • Drills, diagrams, and programming

  • Written lessons, graphics, and illustrations

  • Marketing materials

  • Website copy, structure, and layout

  • Downloadable guides, PDFs, and templates

—is the exclusive property of GOATA Movement LLC and is protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, screen-recorded, or publicly displayed without explicit written permission from GOATA Movement.


Use of Course Materials

Enrollment in any GOATA program (Level 1 Foundations, Level 2, Recode, or future programs) grants personal, non-transferable access to the content.

Students, coaches, and customers may not:

  • Share login credentials

  • Download or redistribute course videos

  • Copy drills, diagrams, exercises, or routines for resale

  • Use course materials to create new products, workshops, online courses, or certifications

  • Claim GOATA content as their own

  • Train others using GOATA methods unless they hold the required GOATA credential and remain in good standing

You may:

  • Apply what you’ve learned in your personal or professional training practice once you’ve completed the appropriate GOATA training

  • Use the GOATA name accurately to describe your credential (e.g., “GOATA Level 1 Foundations Graduate,” “Certified GOATA Coach” where applicable)


Protection of GOATA Methodology, Concepts, and Principles

In addition to copyrighted materials, the GOATA Movement system—including its underlying concepts, principles, assessments, training models, movement patterns, terminology, frameworks, sequences, and teaching methodology—is proprietary intellectual property owned exclusively by GOATA Movement LLC.

These protections apply to both commercial and non-commercial use.

You agree that you may not:

  • Reproduce, republish, modify, reinterpret, reword, rename, or create derivative works based on GOATA concepts or principles

  • Use any GOATA methodology, assessments, training systems, or movement principles to create or promote your own system, program, course, certification, or training model

  • Teach, distribute, or present movement concepts that are substantially similar to GOATA’s proprietary methodology—even if rephrased or renamed

  • Reverse-engineer, summarize, mimic, or adapt GOATA principles for coaching, content creation, social media, brand building, or business development

  • Repackage GOATA concepts under different terminology or branding to appear as an original or independent system

Any unauthorized use of GOATA methodology is considered a violation of this Intellectual Property Notice and may be subject to takedown, account suspension, or legal action.

GOATA Movement LLC reserves the right to demand the removal of any content—online or offline—that violates or appears to violate these protections, at its sole discretion.


Use of GOATA Methods in Coaching or Business

GOATA’s frameworks, analysis systems, progression models, and drills are the result of proprietary research and development.

You may not:

  • Represent yourself as a GOATA Coach unless you have completed the required training

  • Use GOATA’s name, logos, frameworks, or course materials to market your services without written permission

  • Sell or distribute GOATA-based courses, assessments, or training programs unless formally licensed

  • Create GOATA-themed groups, memberships, or programs for profit without authorization

You may:

  • Incorporate GOATA principles into your coaching practice once trained

  • Accurately describe your credential as part of your professional biography


Digital Product Usage

All GOATA digital content—including Recode™, the Exercise Library, the Move Club content, templates, guides, and PDFs—is licensed for individual use only.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Copying or reuploading digital content

  • Screen-recording videos or training modules

  • Reselling or redistributing any GOATA digital product

  • Sharing access with others

  • Incorporating GOATA digital content into your own products or programs

Refunds follow the Terms of Service and may not be granted if course content has been accessed.


Community Use & Social Media

We encourage students and coaches to share personal progress and celebrate their training journey. You may:

  • Share personal training clips (your footage)

  • Tag @GOATAMovement

  • Use GOATA hashtags when referencing your journey

You may not:

  • Upload, repost, or screen-record GOATA course footage

  • Post proprietary diagrams, graphics, images, or written lessons

  • Use GOATA brand assets in a way that implies endorsement

  • Create unofficial GOATA groups, programs, or paid communities using GOATA IP
