Use of Course Materials
Enrollment in any GOATA program (Level 1 Foundations, Level 2, Recode, or future programs) grants personal, non-transferable access to the content.
Students, coaches, and customers may not:

Use of GOATA Methods in Coaching or Business
GOATA training involves specialized intellectual property, including proprietary frameworks, analysis methods, and drills.
You may not:

Represent yourself as a GOATA Coach unless you have completed the required training and remain in good standing.

Use GOATA’s name, logo, frameworks, or materials to market your business without written permission.

Sell or distribute GOATA-based courses, assessments, or programs unless licensed.
You may:

Apply what you've learned in your personal or professional training practice once you’ve completed the relevant GOATA training.

Use the GOATA name to describe your credential accurately (e.g., “GOATA Level 1 Foundations Graduate,” “Certified GOATA Coach” if applicable).
Digital Product Usage
All digital programs—including Recode™, the Exercise Library, templates, guides, PDFs, and the Move Club content—are licensed for individual use only.
Unauthorized copying, resale, screen-recording, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Refunds are subject to the applicable course refund policy and may not be granted if the student has accessed course content, per our Terms of Service.
Community Use & Social Media
We encourage students and coaches to share their progress. You may:
