The GOATA® Recode Program meets you where you are. You’ll begin with a full Intro Assessment Score to identify your baseline and movement inefficiencies. From there, you’ll work one-on-one with a certified GOATA Coach through three structured phases — each designed to rebuild your foundation, restore your shape, and reclaim control of your body.
Along the way, you’ll complete four total movement assessments — one at the beginning, two between the phases, and one at the end — to track measurable progress and visualize how your movement evolves.
You’ll also have three to four short check-in calls throughout the program to review form, fine-tune exercises, and ensure you’re progressing correctly.
Your coach will guide you inside the GOATA App, where you’ll access lessons, track progress, and stay connected through direct text support.
You’ll complete your program with an Exit Assessment Score, a measurable marker of your improved mobility, balance, and control — plus lifetime access to all program materials to continue refining your movement.
